ChatGPT Ticket Summary by ATVEZA Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of the ChatGPT Ticket Summary by ATVEZA (“the App”) developed by ATVEZA Technology (“the Company”). By using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you should refrain from using the App.
1. App Description
The ChatGPT Ticket Summary by ATVEZA is a Zendesk app sidebar designed to provide a summary of ticket information for Zendesk users. It utilizes the capabilities of ChatGPT, an AI-based language model, to generate concise ticket summaries and improve productivity.
2. User Responsibilities
2.1. Eligibility: By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, or you have obtained necessary consent from your organization to act on their behalf.
2.2. Compliance with Laws: Users of the App agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations while using the App. The Company is not responsible for any violation of such laws by the users.
2.3. Acceptable Use: Users agree to use the App for its intended purpose and not to engage in any unauthorized or illegal activities. Users shall not misuse, disrupt, or impair the App’s functionality or interfere with the experience of other users.
2.4. Data Privacy: The Company respects user privacy and commits to handling user data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the Company’s Privacy Policy regarding the collection, storage, and use of your personal information.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1. Ownership: The App, including but not limited to its design, code, features, and trademarks, is the property of ATVEZA Technology and is protected by intellectual property laws.
3.2. License: The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose. This license does not permit you to modify, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works based on the App.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1. Disclaimer of Warranties: The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App’s accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability. The use of the App is at your own risk.
4.2. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
5. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brazil.
6. Modification and Termination
The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the App or this Agreement at any time, with or without notice. Continued use of the App after any modifications to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
7. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and ATVEZA Technology regarding the use of the ChatGPT Ticket Summary App and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
By using the ChatGPT Ticket Summary by ATVEZA App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you should refrain from using the App.
